The fundamental purpose of the Registration System is to restrict access to the exhibition venues and it can provide analysis reporting of attendees. Moreover, Expoman provide customized registration system for exhibition show. Registration system contains the following sections.

- Pre-registration


Visitors can obtain the authorization thought the Pre-registration section in the registration website, they need fill in the form and submit it. Then System will store the visitors information.

- Direct Email Reply


After the submitting of the form, System will send an acknowledgment email to the visitor, it contains the exhibition information and visitors information with identity barcode. Visitor should print it out for admission purpose on exhibition show date.

- Onsite Registration for Admission

On the venue, we provide State-of-the-Art Registration hardware including terminals, printers, and LCD's, and provide networking of all registration hardware. On show date, we can provide online/offline scanning process for monitoring attendees by advanced barcode-scanner, and print the ticket voucher by barcode printer.

- Data Analysis and Reporting

The system can analyse the visitors' data and provide customized report by many computer format.
